A bold move that proved rewarding!

My stay turned into a delightful experience thanks to the caring staff. Sandrita at the front desk constantly checked on us during our wait for our car repair, making us feel like family. Supportive and attentive, both Christopher and Jeni ensured our needs were met, resulting in a wonderful stay!

It is a delightful hotel with attentive housekeeping and a well-maintained pool area.

Unexpected staff warmth amid chaos

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, who genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable, even as renovations were happening around the hotel.

However, the overall condition of the hotel was concerning. Rooms felt outdated and unclean, making it difficult to fully relax during my stay.

If you’re in the mood for local eats, check out Blaze Pizza just 1 km away for quick, customizable pies or hit up The Juicy Crab for some killer seafood a mere 1 km down the road! My room had fresh towels, and the lobby was clean, which made my stay a bit brighter.

The Super 8 By Wyndham Harbison/Parkridge Hospital was a pleasant experience! The room had great amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave, making it super convenient. The lobby was inviting with lovely furniture and a huge TV, and breakfast offered a good variety to start the day.

A few things could be improved.

the pool area is lovely and offers relaxation. the room smelled moldy and was unclean.

the bathroom had hair stuck in the towels and we had to use the windowsill for our stuff. but the location was convenient and they had a decent breakfast with waffles and some apples. the room had a fridge and microwave too. overall it was a good stay for the price.

I stayed in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking and it was kind of hit or miss. The decor looked nice, but honestly, it stopped there. The room felt outdated, and it didn't really feel clean enough to relax completely. I wasn't thrilled about the overall atmosphere and ended up feeling a bit uncomfortable. The staff was nice, though, which helped a little.
